Beginner level Pilates-Yoga 

Back to basics, this is a very beginner level class with a strong focus on coordinating the breath to help re-organize the core. Working from this base, we add pilates and LYT yoga movements to challenge this connection and strengthen proprioception. There is a lot of instruction and some classes will incorporate drills. (You will not see the standard beginner level pilates movements). 

Introduction to LYT Yoga

 LYT Yoga® is a core based vinyasa method created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, who implemented her own background in neurodevelopmental rehabilitation to rewire the brain and reestablish more optimal movement patterns in the yoga practice and for life.
